Learning Resource Centres (LRC)

Learning Resource Centres are located in both the North and South Buildings. They are the place to be for all kinds of information to help you with your assignments. Both Centres have the latest computer facilities including DVD writers, 19 inch flat panel monitors, scanners and colour printing. All facilities are available on a drop in basis to surf the internet, send and receive e-mails, watch streaming video, or even search through our 35,000 periodicals, books, magazines, journals, DVDs, CDs and audio tapes.

We also offer workshops and booklets to help you use the facilities along with friendly staff that are always on hand to help support you and your studies.

Healthy Eating

Whether it’s just a coffee and a chat or your only opportunity to grab a hot meal, here at City College we’re geared up for you. The college’s food service is run by Olive Catering. Opening daily, we’re here to serve you.

HolidayTime: 8.30am - 3.45pm

On offer is wide selection of food styles from around the world, but at the same time providing healthy, traditional and value meals. Aside from hot meals a range of sandwiches, baguettes, snacks, salads and cakes are available daily whilst hot and cold beverages are served in various locations across the College.

Olive Catering is committed to continually developing the range of services on offer and not only conducts bi-annual questionnaires to ensure they are in touch with the needs of their customers but Customer Comment Cards are available at all outlets for your feedback.

There are public pay and display car parks located close to the college located in Russell Street and Harnall Lane West. There will also be a limited number of car parking spaces available for students in the City College Coventry car park on Harnall Lane East. Passes are required to access the car park and are available at a reasonable cost from reception on a first come first served basis.

Synergy FM is City College Coventry's very own radio station, broadcasting from the College to the local community.
